Supervision, site alerts, season summary
The assistant helps prepare a supervision and rescue plan, and each review keeps who did it. Tablets opened by a link measure what a person on duty can see from each spot of a pool, with no account and no name. An email alert can warn when a site reaches capacity or closes (nothing is sent by default). The season summary shows only totals, and the activity log gathers who changed what, for administrators.

Planning: one window everywhere, a price, a pool preview
Adding or opening an activity happens in a window, on the week, the day, the list and the plan, with a toolbar (search, filters, printing, export, copying a week). An activity can carry a price, per lesson or for the whole session, and budget lines; the estimate of revenue, staff cost and margin is shown to the people who can see costs. A pool preview shows the occupancy before you add.
-
A complete “My data”
Each person can get, in a single file, their file, their hours and the forms they filled in.
-
Import attendance observations
Attendance observations can now be loaded from a CSV file: a preview before the import, no row skipped silently, and a template file in both languages.
-
Plan directly on the floor plan
Pick the week and the time, then drag an activity type onto a room of the plan to schedule it, with its repetition and its days.
-
A PDF floor plan, with rooms found for you
Upload a facility's floor plan as a PDF; Remanso finds the rooms and keeps only the plan, ready to use for scheduling.
-
Requalification sessions
Plan a requalification session, sign people up, and a waiting list empties by itself when a place opens up.
