Where the name comes from
In a river, a remanso is a place where the water settles after a strong current. The movement eases. You can see all the way to the bottom.
Coordinating a team rarely leaves room for that pause. A card expires. Someone is absent. A log is waiting for a signature. Information scatters across emails, paper and spreadsheets.
Remanso gathers those follow-ups so the situation is readable. Which qualifications are coming due? Who is qualified for the shift to cover? Which checks are still to do? Records and the actions to take are in the same place.
That is what the name expresses: less noise around the work, more clarity to decide. And more time with your people.
