What Remanso costs, in writing.
Our pricing is published. You can compare it, build a budget and take it to your council without having to phone us first. Up to ten people tracked, it is free, forever.
The price turns on one thing: how many people you track. Not how many modules, not how many sites, not how many logins. You can first try it free for 21 days, no credit card, and see what each module does on the platform page.
Founding offer: $7.50 per person, all inclusive
The first 30 organizations pay $7.50 per person tracked, per month, all inclusive: every module, every add-on (Staff schedule, screens, Android devices), setup waived. For 12 months, taxes extra, up to 600 people tracked.
If your organization’s regular tier costs less, you pay that instead: the offer never costs more than the published price.
Reserved for the first 30 organizations
Free up to ten people, then a price per person.
A “person tracked” is someone whose file you keep: staff, volunteer, contractor. You don’t pay for the people you welcome.
The price follows the number of people tracked, not the kind of organization: a club, a school, a healthcare facility, a camp or a public service pays according to its size. It works like a tax table: each band applies only to the people who go past it. So there is no step — one more person costs the price of the band they fall in.
And it is the month’s average headcount that counts, not a single day: someone present for half the month counts for half. A credit card is requested at the agreement — never during the trial or on the free plan — and you can replace it at any time; if you prefer, an invoice payable within 30 days replaces the card.
Not in the free plan: Notepad, card reading, digital signage, Android devices, Staff schedule, Inventory and requests, Session plans, Hiring interviews.
All prices are in Canadian dollars, taxes extra. Billed monthly.
Every module, in the paid tiers.
There is no cut-down edition. A 40-person club gets exactly the same platform as a city of 600: what changes is the number of files, not what you are allowed to open. Only the free plan, capped at ten people, is limited to four modules.
Also included: hosting in Quebec, updates, email support, and an export of your data at any time, in an open format.
Three modules are counted per unit.
They sit on top of the subscription because their cost follows usage rather than the size of the organization. You take them only if you need them.
Staff schedule is tapered. The rate drops in successive brackets, the way income tax does: each bracket applies only to what goes past it. Adding a person never lowers your bill.
For six hundred people that comes to $1,500 a month — $2.50 each. Software that only does scheduling would ask around $1,950 for the same team.
All three are included in the twenty-one day trial. A trial that held back the very module you called us about would be worth nothing.
A tablet used as a screen counts in both. They are two services on the same device: the fleet register lists it — who holds it, where it is, its state — and signage gives it something to show. We would rather tell you here than on an invoice.
No fee, and we do it.
We build your platform: we take your spreadsheets, import your people, your sites, your job titles and your qualifications, set the vocabulary to your words, and train the people who will use it.
You don’t have to type anything in to get started.
There is no setup fee, whatever the size of the organization. Ask for it whenever you like, with no commitment; the free plan has none.
Four commitments on price.
The trial runs twenty-one days, setup included, and does not automatically become a subscription.
Nothing is billed without your agreement, given after the price has been put to you in writing.
The agreed rates hold for the term. An increase can only apply at renewal, and you are told in advance. The bill itself follows the month’s average headcount. The founding offer writes its end date, twelve months, into the agreement from day one.
If you leave, your data leaves with you, in an open format, with no exit fee.
A price you can’t read before calling is a price that depends on who is calling.

One tracked person is one row here: their status, their qualifications and where each one stands. That is all the price counts.
A real product screen. The organisation, the people and the dates are invented.
