Six principles, and what they mean in practice.
Rules you can hold us to. That’s the point: they’re worth nothing unless you can see for yourself that we kept them.
Measure before claiming
We write « this task, this many hours, recorded in this week », never « saves a lot of time ». Every saving we announce names its source, and you can check it without us.
Give time back, not « save » it
The hours taken back from data entry return to the floor, where a human presence changes something. It’s the only measure of success that counts.
Nobody leaves with the knowledge
Everything the platform does is written up as procedures a new person can follow — including how to do the work without us.
Help even when it doesn’t serve us
We write the guide that lets you do without us, and we hand it over before anyone asks. A client who can leave is a client who stays by choice.
Ship small and often
We deliver small and often, watch what gets used, and remove what doesn’t. A feature nobody uses is a debt, not an asset.
Finish the thankless part
Compliance, consent records, migration and recovery procedures are part of the delivery — not a phase two that never arrives.
What we will not do.
Collect information whose purpose we can’t name. If it isn’t necessary, it isn’t kept.
Sell a feature whose effect we haven’t measured on someone other than ourselves.
Make leaving hard. Your data exports in full, in an open format, at any time, without asking.
Promise a saving you couldn’t verify yourself, with your own numbers.
What’s next.
Twenty-one days, at your pace
We do the setup. You decide at the end.
